Another happy customer

At Hadley & Ottaway we love hearing from happy clients, so it was great to receive this earlier in the week.

Dear Caroline,

I must apologise for the delay in writing to say how much we have appreciated the services of Hadley and Ottaway once again. Our move back to Holt on 1st June was as stress-free as these events are possible to be. The help and patience of Kerrie during the many re-arrangements for the actual move was second to none and the charming young lady who answers the phone before transferring you was always welcoming.

On the days of the move, Mark and Steven were efficient, helpful, extremely competent and careful and unfailingly courteous and cheerful. If moving can be a pleasure, then this was so.

We sincerely hope not to move again for a very long time but, rest assured, if we do have to, your company will be our first port of call. We would not hesitate to recommend you.
