Marc Galer Promoted to Senior Driver

Hadley & Ottaway Ltd is pleased to announce the promotion of Marc Galer from Removals Driver to Senior Driver, recognising his experience, professionalism and continued commitment to developing his skills within the removals industry.

Marc joined Hadley & Ottaway in September 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained throughout his professional driving career. He began driving in March 2006 and obtained his Class 1 licence in February 2007, establishing a strong foundation of experience in commercial and HGV driving.

Since joining the company, Marc has continued to build on this experience through a comprehensive programme of professional training and development. His recent training and accreditations include Driver CPC Training, completed in June 2025, as well as training in Tail Lift Operations and Risk Assessment, Counterbalance Forklift Operations, Manual Handling and Kinetic Lifting and Return to Driving for HGV Drivers.

Marc is also highly regarded for his excellent customer service. His friendly, professional approach and willingness to go the extra mile help ensure our customers receive a positive experience from start to finish. His ability to represent the company so well and build great relationships with customers is a real asset to the team.

This breadth of experience and ongoing commitment to professional development has supported Marc in taking on the additional responsibilities associated with his new role.
