Which? pride itself on moderating 100 percent of reviews to make sure they comply with their terms and conditions. This can involve checking IP addresses, speaking to the reviewer on the phone and requesting documents relating to the work, such as proof of purchase. While no system is fail proof, they will always seek to reject and hide reviews if they don’t believe they are authentic.

The British Association of Removers operates an approved code under the Consumer Codes Approval scheme (CCAS) operated by the Trading Standards Institute. The BAR Code requires member firms like ourselves to collect customer feedback and provides free use of Referenceline's online review service for this purpose. In our opinion it would therefore be negligent of us not to take them up on this offer.
We have been using this service since 2206 and have a further 2,400 reviews with an average of 9.6/10.
