Joining in on our Cambridge Removals Challenge, our Managing Director, David Galer, has chosen the beautiful property at 94 Water Street for our November edit.
"I have longed to live in a home that was close to/overlooked water whether it be river, lake or even the sea but this one would be perfect as not only does it meet the requirement of being by a river it has an amazing view of the fields and trees just beyond. Summer days/evenings on the terrace looking out at the view would be so wonderful.
Having 3 of the 5 bedrooms with en-suites would be ideal for when friends come to stay giving them own piece of privacy. Being so close to the wonderful city centre of Cambridge makes for an amazing social life and with the train station only 0.5 miles away trips either for work, pleasure or both makes them easily accessible.
The modern Porcelanosa kitchen with its Miele appliances is simply stunning and leads effortlessly into the dining area which is enhanced by the bi-folding doors that opens out to a large decked area. Being a south facing property allows the light to flood in which is a bonus for bedrooms 1 & 3 which have balconies.
There is so much to love about this amazingly designed and built property with its amazing views. For me it ticks all the boxes’
